Our process is simple: plant, pick, puree and package. Our team has worked to find a process that would retain the most nutrients, color and flavor of each vegetable. We were able to use the latest technology that didn’t require the addition of preservatives, additives, or even vitamin fortifications. What you get is 100% single ingredient vegetables.
We have always used organic vegetables for our purees. Originally, however, our packaging plant was not certified organic, so we were unable to put “USDA organic” on the front of our box. We have since invested in a new plant and all new and future products are certified both USDA Organic and OU Kosher.
We recommend that you promptly refrigerate any unused portion in an airtight container, and use within 48 hours of opening. The 4 oz. pouch size was designed for a single use, however, and we encourage you to use it all!
